- 1`1/2 cup sugar
`1/2 cup margarine or butter, softened `1/2 cup oil (shortening) 2 eggs 2`3/4 cup flour 2 t cream of tartar 1 t baking soda (use less if Albanian soda) `1/4 cup sugar 2 tsp cinnamon
- Instructions
- Heat oven to 400°F (or 200°C). Mix sugar, butter, shortening and eggs. Stir in flour, tartar, soda and salt. Shape into 1`1/4 in balls.
Mix `1/4 cup sugar and the cinnamon. Roll balls in the mixture. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 min or until set.
