1`1/2 lbs chicken breasts

3 cups milk 2 tablespoons butter 3 tablespoons flour 2 cubes chicken bouillon 1 green pepper, diced 1 medium onion, diced 2-3 tomatoes, diced Salt and pepper to taste

instructions
Cook chicken, cut into pieces and set aside.

Prepare cream of chicken: Over low heat in medium size saucepan, mix together 3 cups milk and 2 tablespoons butter; add in 3 tablespoons flour and 2 cubes chicken bouillon, stirring constantly over low heat until mixture thickens.

In a separate pan, sauté 1 chopped green pepper and 1 medium onion in margarine or butter until tender. Stir in chicken broth, 2 – 3 cut up tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste. Add water if necessary. Add chicken and cook until thoroughly warmed. Serve over cooked rice.
