In Norway we do not eat waffles for breakfast, but with our afternoon coffee!

Ingredients
3 eggs

1 cup sugar 2 cups of milk 1 cup of yogurt (kos) 4 cups of flour 2 t baking powder `1/2 t vanilla `1/2 cup melted margarine

Instructions
Beat eggs and sugar, add the milk and yogurt and stir. Slowly add the flower, baking powder and vanilla, don't stir too hard, but make sure it's all mixed well. At the end add the melted margarine.

Let stay for 20 minutes, the batter should be something between American pancakes and crepes in consistency. Bake in the waffle maker for a few minutes.

Put any kind of jam on, and eat while they are still lukewarm!
