Ingredients
2 cups flour

2 t baking powder `1/4 tsp baking soda 1 t salt `1/2 cup sugar 1 T grated orange 2/3 cup fruit juice `1/2 cup melted butter butter 2 eggs

Topping: 1 T melted butter `1/4 cup packed brown sugar `1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions
Combine all dry ingredients and then stir in juice, butter, and eggs. Pour into muffin cups. Blend the topping ingredients in a small cup and sprinkle on top of each muffin. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 20-25 minutes.
