Ingredients
6-10 good sized potatoes

7-9 strips of bacon `1/2 cup of grated parmesan or Romano cheese Jar or a jar and a half of mayonnaise 2 large onions chopped 4 t ground coriander (found at neranzi) 2 t curry powder 1`1/2 t turmeric 2`1/2 t salt

Instructions
Wash and boil potatoes until just done, let cool and then cube. Fry bacon, chop and set aside. In a skillet fry chopped onions with some oil until translucent, add spices and salt and fry onions until starting to caramelize. Mix with potatoes, bacon, cheese and mayonnaise and add salt and pepper if needed.
