Ingredients
250 g margarine (11/3 cups)

250 g sugar (1`1/4 cups) 5 eggs Peel of 2 lemons 250 g flour (2 cups) 2 t baking powder 1 pinch salt 1 dl lemon juice (from 3-4 lemons)(1/3 cup and 1 T and 1 t) 100 g powder sugar (`3/4 cup and 1 T)

Instructions
Beat soft margarine and sugar. Add eggs and lemon peel.

Mix in flour, baking powder and salt. Put the cake mix in a well greased cake form (28 - 30 cm long). Bake at 180°Celsius for 60-65 Minutes. Cool a bit in the form. Then stick a knitting needle several times into the cake so the juice can be absorbed better. Mix well lemon juice and powder sugar until dissolved. Pour over the cake.
