Cake:

180 g flour (1 cup and 7 T) 150 g butter (1`1/4 cup) 125 g sugar (`1/2 cup and 2 T) 1 teaspoon baking powder

grated apples or other fruits

Topping: 100g flour (`3/4 cup and 1 T) 70 g sugar (1/3 cup and 1 t) 75 g butter (1/3 cup) cinnamon

instructions
Knead together flour, butter, sugar and baking powder. Spread in a round baking tin. Put apples or other fruits on top. For the topping mix flour, sugar, butter and cinnamon with your hands making a crumbly mix and put unto the apples. Bake at 200 Celsius for about 20 minutes.
