Ingredients
`1/4 kilo ham, diced (.55 lbs)

8 eggs, beaten 2 cups milk 6 slices fresh bread, cubed 1 cup grated Gouda cheese 1 tsp salt 1 t dry mustard (optional) `1/2 t dried basil

Instructions
Combine above ingredients in a bowl, gently stir until combined. Pour into a greased, 9x13"" glass baking dish. Refrigerate overnight or for 12 hours. Bake at 175°C for 30-45 minutes. Cut and serve.
